2. Data we collect

Data you provide via the sign-up form: first name, last name, email, phone number, city.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, cookie data (according to your preferences).

3. Purposes and legal basis

a) Sending newsletters, promotional communications and exclusive NWE experiences — basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through a double opt-in process.

b) Handling your requests and support — basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

c) Security, aggregate statistics and proper functioning of the site — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Double opt-in

After signing up you receive a confirmation email: your address is activated only after you click the verification link. The confirmation date is stored as proof of consent.

5. Retention

Subscriber data is kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe) and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by IT, hosting, email delivery and ticketing providers, appointed as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. It is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@nwelive.com, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
